Spare parts
Our organization deals with the search for spare parts, and new solutions aimed at improving existing machinery, optimizing the effectiveness of the spare part itself. Upon request we survey (with 3D Laser Scanner) the spare part and define on the same improvements where previously there were critical issues that affected its durability or created malfunctions.
Maintenance
Technicians with a very long experience in technical office and maintenance of paper mills. They can operate at 360 degrees on even particularly demanding maintenance of new machine parts, accommodation and optimization of existing plants.

With the support of SKF shaft aligner TKSA 71 with centesimal accuracies, and professional training of our staff we issue certification of the work performed.
Conservative disassembly of parts or equipment paper industry
Cultrex is experienced in cataloging machinery before disassembly, This activity and completed with detail drawing of each part, photographic report of the state of affairs and preparation of shipping lists. At the request of customers, the company takes care of turnkey from construction to pre-assembly and commissioning of entire assemblies, thus relieving the customer from having to deal with several parties.

Construction and Assembly
From carpentry to machine edge: our technical team for assembly and testing
Our team consists of specialized technicians with specific skills to direct all machinery assembly maintenance activities. Thanks to agreements with workshops affiliated with us, we are able to contract and supervise heavy and light carpentry constructions, with complex mechanical machining and the assembly of the various components, including the machine edge for the passage of power and signal cables and pneumatic and hydraulic piping. The team of technicians equipped with their own equipment will follow all stages of assembly and testing of the systems we build or overhaul.
